Q: What is required to secure the event date?

A signed contract and $300.00 payment will serve as your NON REFUNDABLE retainer to secure your event date. The remainder of the balance is due 30 business days prior to your event.

Q: Do I have to pay for the hours when I’ll be decorating?

Yes. All additional time needed to set up outside of your reservation block will be billed is $125.00 an hour. In addition, there is a $200.00 early setup fee if you wish to setup for your event the night before (subject to availability). You would want to check with your event coordinator on how many additional hours you would need to setup.

Q: Is there a deposit or cleaning fee?

We require $300.00 refundable incidental deposit due 14 days prior to your event. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 business days after your event once your inspection is complete. You have the option of adding a $250.00 cleaning fee into any of our Venue Only rental for our cleaning crew to clean up after all of your decorations and food are removed from the venue.

Q: What type of decorations are NOT allowed?

No nails, tape, screws, staples, or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site. NO OPEN FLAMES. Candles must be placed inside a vase. No Floor decals or sparklers are allowed.

Q: Can we bring outside food and beverages?

Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages. All food must be provided by a licensed Caterer. All Alcoholic beverages must be dispensed by a licensed Bartender. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

If the event is cancelled by you for any reason, you forfeit your retainer ($300). No refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance (no exceptions). Elegance Venue will make every accommodation to reschedule your event as availability permits. A reschedule fee may apply.

Q: Am I able to change the date of my event?

If you need to reschedule your event, a $25 reschedule fee may apply unless previously discussed. Elegance Venue does not guarantee the availability of any subsequently requested dates.

Q: Do you decorate the venue?

For Venue Only Rentals, we offer event planning, decorating, and/or day of event coordination services for an additional fee. We’d be happy to discuss options with you.
