All food must be provided by a licensed Caterer. You can use your own caterer or one of our catering partners. A copy of Caterer’s license will be required at time of booking, but no later than 14 days to your event.

Alcohol must be dispensed by a licensed Bartender. You can use your own bartender or use one of our beverage partners. A copy of the bartender’s license will be required at time of booking, but no later than 14 days prior to your event. No alcohol will be served without a Bartender. No onsite alcohol sales will be permitted.

Security is mandatory for ALL events. All security will be provided through the authorized Venue Security. The number of security staff will be determined by the guest size.

Elegance Venue is a Smoke Free environment. Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes/vaping is strictly prohibited on site. Anyone found smoking will be immediately evicted from the Venue and any security deposits may be forfeited.

As a private event space, tickets cannot be sold, or monies collected at the door. Nonprofit organizations are permitted for fundraising purposes with proof of 501c3 paperwork submitted at time of booking.

General Liability Insurance is required for all events. You can obtain your own insurance listing Elegance Venue as additional insured or obtain coverage through our insurance partner. Proof of insurance required no later than 14 days prior to your event. No events will be allowed to move forward without proof of insurance.

It is required that you clean up your trash and restore the space in the original condition you found it. You can also choose to have our cleaning partners clean the space for an extra charge. Clean up is required for refund of damage/security deposit.

Nothing can be attached, taped, or tacked to the walls or ceiling. No sparkles or confetti. No floor decals. If using balloons please ensure they are weighted. Candles are allowed but they must be encased in a vase. Weapons, including firearms, are strictly prohibited.
